At 4Ways we have been consistently meeting and improving the Key Performance Indicators in our various NHS contracts including turnaround time performance. We have the necessary processes and monitoring tools to mitigate any turnaround time delays. We have a track record of not just delivering on time but consistently exceeding turnaround time targets.
We are accustomed to adhering to KPIs in the delivery of our business and we have established systems and procedures to guarantee this. We collect robust data at all stages of service delivery which we collate and report in an easy to understand format.
Breach-o-meter
The breach-o-meter is a bespoke software system designed by 4 Ways to dynamically monitor the turnaround time of reports and ensure they are reported within the time limit specified in the SLA. The software alerts staff members to the receipt of new images and when there is a potential breach of the agreed turnaround time requirements. Staff members monitor this software on a continuous basis.
The four key benefits of this software are:
- No images can be sent to 4 Ways without staff members being aware. Therefore no image will go unreported.
- This tool helps 4 Ways staff to take pre-emptive action to prevent any potential breach and act swiftly to ensure that the image is reported promptly and within the time specified in the SLA.
- The data from this software provides an objective analysis of our performance.
- The information gathered from the system enables us to fine-tune our processes to improve the efficiency of our service delivery model.
Turnaround Time of Reports
In addition to the processes for the dynamic monitoring of turnaround time on each report, 4 Ways provides comprehensive Turnaround Time Reports detailing the time taken on each stage of the reporting process and a statistical analysis of all reports carried out in a given period.
This comprehensive data enables you to monitor and archive performance throughout the duration of service provision.
